Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Boring Digital Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Who the Platform is for

The Platform is designed for fitness professionals, gyms, teams, and their members to manage training communities, programs, updates, and events.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep your login credentials secure
  • notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Communities and content

Community ownership

Communities on the Platform are created and managed by fitness professionals or organisations ("Community Owners").

Community Owners are responsible for:

  • the content they publish
  • the programs and events they offer
  • managing access to their community
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload ("User Content").

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

We do not sell your content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • harass, abuse, or harm others
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Platform
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

5. Payments and billing (Stripe)

Some communities offer paid programs, subscriptions, or events.

All payments on the Platform are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or process your full payment card details.

By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms and policies, including its Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for errors, outages, or issues caused by Stripe or other third-party payment providers.

6. Fitness professionals and payouts

Fitness professionals who sell programs or subscriptions may be required to:

  • connect a Stripe account
  • provide accurate business and tax information
  • comply with Stripe's onboarding and verification requirements

Payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks are handled through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

We do not guarantee earnings, payouts, or financial outcomes.

7. Programs, access, and refunds

Access to paid programs, subscriptions, or events is governed by:

  • the terms set by the Community Owner
  • any refund or cancellation policies disclosed at purchase

Unless required by law, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled by the Community Owner through Stripe.

8. Platform availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

As an early-stage product, we may:

  • modify or discontinue features
  • experience downtime
  • perform maintenance without notice

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • these Terms are violated
  • your use poses legal, financial, or security risk
  • required by law

Upon termination, access to your account and content may be limited or removed.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Boring Digital Limited.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

11. Health and fitness disclaimer

The Platform does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice.

All training programs and content are provided by independent fitness professionals. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness program.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boring Digital Limited is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • injuries, outcomes, or disputes arising from community content or programs
  • failures or issues related to Stripe or other third-party services

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boring Digital Limited is incorporated or principally operates at the time the Terms are enforced, without regard to conflict of law principles.
